Good day friends. I just want to share what I'm going through right now. I'm on the stage that I'm afraid that maybe I have breast cancer. I got checked last november and I got better because the result was benign. now evwrytime my breast hurts I always conclude that maybe I have breast cancer. I'm afraid to have it. I've been struggling for a week now thinking that kaybe I have a serious illness. so what I do in order to foeget about the sickness I walk a lot. I dont know where I am going but I walk a lot. sometimes I think maybe I'll be crazy. Then yesterday, my boyfriend for almost two years broke up with me. I felt very sad and alobe having no one to comfort me. I really felt bad. I dont want to lose him. so I beg for him to stay. but he only said that if he'll stay things will get worse. I, now having no clue where to start what to do and thinking my life is a mess.

Heart break + health anxiety + acting like crazy
Thank you for sharing tinkerbel19.
You’re going through a lot...
Maybe some affirmations could be helpful in times when you’re struggling? Like “I am healthy” “I am safe” “My body loves me” “I am protected”.
I’m sorry you feel alone.
That feeling can be so consuming.
I’m glad you’re here talking about it & I wish you the best of luck ✨
I'm trying to tell myself everyday that I am okay, I am fine, I have no illness over and over. but still the thought of having cancer comes back and gives me sleepless nights. I thought I could sleep better because I'm taking rivotril like I'll have a long 7 hour sleep but it would only take me 5 hours of sleep
|Hi tinkerbel - a growth is a growth whether it is benign or not. Have you explained the pain you are experiencing to a nurse, or have you seen the results of a mammogram or ultra sound test. Do you know how big the lump is and if it is affecting your nerves or muscles? The worry has upset you so much and also helped to break up your relationship but if he was worth his salt he would stand by you as a friend even if he was not going to settle down with you. It's always reassuring to have the right information. Even it is benign you should have it checked. Some lumps or cysts disappear on their own. it's not knowing what is the matter that is making you anxious.
The doctor said to be back for 6 months for follow up check up. and we'll see if it gets bigger, disappears or stays the same. if it gets bigger we should have it removed. my parents wont allow me to go back to the doctor because of financial problems since here in the philippines we have no health insurances. I'm taking my meds to help me control the thoughts but no help. the thoughts always come back. the lump. is only small like 0.2 centimeters and 3 oclock by position. it is alsonstated in the result that it is benign.
It must have been upsetting to fine you had a lump. There are thousands of women who have benign lumps. My daughter had several when she was in her early twenties.
Breast cancer runs in the family, Luckily they were benign. She has no problem now.
Think you have had reasonable information but if you want to try and protect yourself from cancer then void alcohol smoking smoked foods and foods with tannins in.
Also make sure vitamin D levels are normal as breast cancer may be linked to vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to increased anxiety. Cod liver oil supplements may help increase your vitamin D level. If you don't go out in the sun shine, then vitamin D3 might be lower. Milk is a good source of vitamin D. Iron deficiency can also lead to anxiety and depression. Food which my help is coconut oil which helps both anxiety and depression. If you can get some sleep and have a rest this may help you especially if you have been stressed out. Hope you feel better soon.
Ps coconut oil about 4 teaspoons a day can be taken by spreading it on a biscuit, in a salad dressing, or in a casserole.

Thyme oil can help breast, lung, and prostate cancer - chamomile oil can help with insomnia - chamomile tea or banana tea can help with nerves. You can rub the oil round your knees. Take care.
