Depression anxiety borderline personality disorder

Hello my name is crystal I was first diagnosed with depression,anxiety,bipolar and borderline personality disorder in 2017 and I just found out yesterday that I also have adjustment disorder that's a lot to take in I'm on four different meds and I been in and out of the hospital for two years I wish I never took that lexapro I been messed up every since I took that lexapro I wish I can get back to normal again

I too have my doubt about medications but they are a life saver for some and if you want to withdraw then it's important to do it slowly. Please don't define yourself by your disorders also.

First and foremost you are a human being who deserves compassion and respect and the best life that they can. x
