I use CBD for pain which helps with anxiety. I use THC to slow my brain down a bit when it’s in overdrive and to help me focus instead of being a hamster on steroids in a wheel. I use variety of oil, edibles, drinks and vape. In summer I garden so I can get a sense of purpose/accomplishment or walking in forest by water all seasons. In winter I chop ice to reveal pavement or shovel snow. Getting outside helps me immensely.
