I wonder if anyone has had panic attacks after panic attacks. I remember these two recent panic attacks were different than regular panic attacks.
Like wtf are we dying every time I’m having a panic attack.
Why would I fear death ? Do you know how many times I supposedly died in my mind yet, it was a panic attack.
After reading posts tonight , I really wonder if I developed anxiety because I have low iron or blood pressure. Or because when I was a young adult I did a lot of ecstasy.
Strange I can’t even drink or smoke a puff of a spliff anymore. I’ll panic. So annoying.
I have that issues every so often. Normally not back to back but it does happen to me sometimes. You get so worked up by the panic that you fear the worse the whole time. It can be pretty terrifying, because you literally lose control of your mind.
