I have had to leave my job because my anxiety makes me so panicy and i get intense fear these last 2 months ive had light headedness everyday. I know stress causes dizzyness. Ive been checked for meducal reasons and there is nothing. I cant even go to doctors sometimes because i feel to faint and nervous.
Im going to drag myself there monday i ned to start on medication but i am so petrified of side effects but when i look them up im practically getting them all now.

Medication can have side effects, this is true. But in a lot of cases, if you take the medication for a couple of weeks, you start to feel less anxious/depressed, and the side effects start to wear off.
Also, medication by itself isn’t as helpful as medication combined with talk therapy. CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) is especially good for anxiety and depression.
I could have written your post.i feel like you every moment of every day.
Ive had constant lightheadedness/faint unbalanced feeling for a year now plus other awful symptoms.i too cannot go to the doctors without feeling like I will faint or collapse.i also have other awful symptoms which have landed me in the back of an ambulance.its no fun and I think meds can be a great source of relief when you find the right one and I totally agree with kat63 about therapy too.
Medication can have side effects, but if you would have some there are many medicines to try so your doctor can change your medicine if needed. I have been taking Paxil for years with not much problem. I understand what you're going through right now, that was me 40 years ago. Talk to your doctor and try medications. I would also recommend therapy. One final thought - do yourself a favor and don't look up the drugs and read the possible side effects. That will do much more harm than good because as you said your imagining them right now. Remember - What the mind believes the body can achieve.
I am glad you posted this because I know I have felt dizzy when I have had anxiety, but wasn’t aware that others had the same symptom. This can be so disruptive to work (I have the type of job where I have to be up in front of people). It’s worth the discomfort of getting to the doctor to get on meds.
