Hi, I'm relatively new here in the Anxiety and Depression support group. I am a college student and have been going to therapy for quite some time with positive results. My therapist and I are planning to start EMDR next week, and I think this group will be a helpful resource to share my experience, as well as to get some support and feedback.

I have had good healthy response to myself with writing, typing, journaling on here. I am to paranoid to keep a diary. Someone could find it and know its mine lol. Journaling on here is anonymous Makes me think, think out loud, get others perspectives. I will always struggle but some days will be better
