I've been on Fluoxetine for 5 days now (almost six, due to take more in 3 hours). I've woke up at 4.30 with persistent pains and needs in my left hand. Within 15 minutes of this I started with shivering and shaking. As time has gone on I feel really nauseated and dizzy. I know you're not supposed to stop Fluoxetine without talking to doctor but I don't know if I should take my due dose before talking to a doctor.
Sorry if this is too vague

I would recommend you NOT take the next dose and call the pharmacy and talk to them if your dr isnt open yet. It sounds like a pretty bad reaction and missing it for one dose won't hurt you as bad as a reaction can. You surely dont want to put strain on your heart or body. Please call the pharmacist asap...keep us posted!
Junior, I am not a doctor, but someone who has ptsd, severe depression, anxiety, panic attacks and take a lot of medication. I felt tingling effect all throughout my body I waited the usual couple of weeks and still no change, I stopped taking the medication with my doctors’ permission and it went away. If you just started this medication and only this and it's bad enough you are hesitant to take another then I suggest you don’t, but remember to always look up a medication before you take it and look at the side effects as well everything else about the drug that way you know what you MIGHT expect. Everyone is different and will have different adjustment’s sometimes when taking other medications could have an adverse side effect, like yours. I would stop taking it and call your doctor and let him know.
