Today started off good I watched a few comedy movies had some family time then around 4 my vision started to get sharper and blurry also like it’s closing in things look familiar and unfamiliar at the same time it’s also been hard for me to think I forget a lot of stuff I guess this has been going on for a while as I type this I’m going for a walk to take my mind off things and everything looks funny I know were I am because I walk at this park all the time but it looks so weird and unfamiliar. I know anxiety can cause a lot of things but I’m starting to think this is something health wise . Should I go to the hospital?

Not sure because I can't see you and I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like you're describing derealization - a common event for people with anxiety. It is not a medical emergency but it does feel like one. If you need to go to the ER for solid answers, do it.
For your reassurance I think it's worth going to A&E/ER to get them to check your symptoms. As JAYnLA says it sounds like derealisation, a feeling that you're not where you are, like your watching everything on TV. A well-known symptom of anxiety. It will pass, I had it years ago. But to relax your mind go talk to a doctor about it.
Have you ever had an ocular migraine before? I suffer from anxiety and depression but also get migraines....if you don’t feel right...or are in any pain, best to get it checked out. You’ll feel better for doing so and maybe they can offer some advice. Take a friend for support. Keep us updated 🤗♥️
Thank you How long do they usually last I went to sleep it’s the 2nd day Vision still feel a bit off
Also there is no pain did u have pain with your ocular migo
I get pain with mine but some people don’t....go see your doctor - mine can last for days. It’s awful you’re going through this but there is help. Don’t suffer through it. I found at the very least, wearing dark sunglasses helped, even indoors. Go see your doctor or an urgent care clinic....it’ll give you some piece of mind. Don’t mess with your vision, you never know. We’re here for support and hugs 🤗, good luck 😉
Thanks ❤️❤️
I think you should see a doctor, yes. The symptoms you describe could be a lot of different things, and they sound very distressing. I'm so sorry that you're going through this. Please let us know how it turns out, and in the meantime, deep breathing and some relaxation exercises might help.
You've got a lot of support from this group. People here care. Please take care and seek some professional help.
Thank you everyone I’m going to make a doctors appointment but if I feel no better by then I’m taking a trip to the er
