Yes I was prescribed Effexor and Wellbutrine. I have been on them for 7 weeks and I still wake up with anxiety every morning. I tried to talk to my psychiatrist about this but all he did was give me a mood stabilizer. I think I needa new psychiatrist.

You'll find lots using it ,its very frequently prescribed, and possibly one of the most effective. The only way to find out however if its good for you is to try it. Just as no two people have anywhere near identical minds (there's much ,much greater scope for differences than finger prints ), so no two paople have the same mental condition although the psycho medics like to put us in arbitrary boxes and following from that every ones mileage and reaction to every drug is different. Personally I take 150 mgm daily and have had no bad side effects. Whether its actually doing anything is a different matter. My GP is keen I continue it and therefore I take it. As I can't write presciptions and he can I generally do as he says.

I do hope it works well for you and it probably will but if after a minimum of 3 months you are the same or worse insist on a change and eventually you and your GP will hopefully hit the best drug or combination for you.
