I have been writing up a Gratitude Log every day and eating mindfully. No TV or internet at meal times - thinking about where the food comes from. Seeing the therapist again tomorrow to talk about my anxiety & insomnia. Always available for a chat.

Those sound like really good things to do. I've written a gratitude list before, but haven't gotten into the swing of doing it regularly. Thanks for reminding me to do this.

I do a gratitude list every day, too. I think it really helps.
