Hi I’m shylow

I’m new to this actually first time ever posting anything! Suffering from major anxiety with underlying depression. So overwhelmed with almost everything but most of ALL my finances!! Get so sick trying to get them done that now I just don’t do them. I need help. Any ideas on how to get past this?? I have started taking lexapro hope that helps!

When I'm having anxiety about a task I find that I can make progress if I break it up into small, achievable pieces - rather than thinking about the whole big picture. Sometimes doing just one part will provide the positive emotional response that makes things much more manageable. Thanks for joining us!

If you are experiencing anxiety all the time then I think going on medication is a step in the right direction. Lexapro helped me so much. I do suggest getting a really good therapist to help u as well. Anxiety/depression/ panic is cureable, it's not a death sentence. You can get through this. For now help yourself cope w meditation, exercise, journaling, read self help (there are so many more techniques u can look up on you tube)

I once had anxiety throughout the day and now I have occasional anxiety and now coming down from the med.

My goal is to rid myself of panic & anxiety. It's work but Im almost there. Not everyones journey is your answer. You have to find out what works for you!!
