Anyone experience severe panic attacks?
I totally get you been down there before I lost almost all my friends except for one cos I was panicking in class and I scared them all off it taught me who was true and who weren't . But life does get better with help and I got help and have overcome this with some really supportive adults . I'm here if you need
Thank you.
I used to get severe attacks and would run outside the house because being outside just made it all better. You should be practicing deep breathing techniques and mindfulness. Try it at least ten minutes twice a day. It also helped when I saw a therapist.
Hi sweetheart,
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!! We are in this together, and reach out anytime!!! Like some of the early posts stated... breathing techniques, enjoying your favor movie or song, and also therapy all makes a huge impact on the battle of depression and anxiety! I am here if you ever need to reach out... ok?
God Bless You!!!
Yes, I have several panic attacks a week just lately. It’s scary, because I think I’m going insane, losing my mind. I can’t help wondering what the past few years of my life have done to my mental health. I’ve lost jobs, my mother died, and I had some problems with my boyfriend. I can’t *force* good things to happen for me; the last really good year I remember was 2012.
What helps me is when I can believe that sooner or later, it has to reach a point where it can’t get any worse. And it helps me to make a list every day of things I’m grateful for. They can be little things - it just helps to point out to myself the good things that are part of my life.
When I’m in it I feel like I can’t breathe so how do you get over that and use breathing techniques?
Thank u all for ur support!!!
