You are being evisive, I will try my best to relate. You are probably just going through something, we all do, we are individuals. Let yourself cry, be sad, be happy, be whatever it is. You are okay, you are having normal feelings, emotions, especially on this site.

Hi the sure fire way to feel connected is to talk to people (or rather listen.) Ask them about themselves and you will have a captive audience. Show an interest in others (fake it if you need too) and you will get positive messages back. This is turn will make you feel better. x

It's ok to feel disconnected sometimes, sometimes we just need rest a chance to recharge and then do social things again, I totally understand. Sometimes realising that we feel disconnected is a reminder - an opportunity to begin reconnect with ourselves. I try to see it as a chance to do the things that I enjoy and that bring me peace such as going for a walk, exercise, watching a good show, reading a book etc. When you feel "connected" what are the things that you normally like to do?
