Feeling better (starting to sleep better) but I suddenly started to feel anxious about feeling better and now about going to work. 🤷‍♀️ Trying some mindfulness techniques my therapist taught me. Hope everyone is having a good day. 💕

I've done that before, more than once. Felt a little better one day, then felt anxious about it, as though I'd let my guard down. Then realized I was feeling anxious about feeling less anxious!

I hope the mindfulness techniques are helping you. I've found that a daily guided meditation seems to help quite a bit. I personally use the Headspace app but there are so many others as well.

I hate this, too. For some reason I struggle with just feeling good without thinking some negative thing like, "It probably won't last." etc. I hope you can spend some time today just feeling better with no 'but's.
