Feeling hopeless...everything seems so challenging and difficult and I don't see an end. I just want someone to hold me and fix my feelings.

I can relate. My fear and anxiety seems like it will never end. Some people say the best thing to do is accept the feelings. But it’s hard to have the feelings, and go on about the day doing everything other people expect me to do.

Agreed. Most of the time I have no choice but to accept it and keep going but it's so hard. 😔

Your far from alone. It’s hard to wake up each day knowing the hurt, An sadness is gonna engulf ya once agin. I reapeat One Day it won’t hurt this much, An hope that day comes sooner then later..
