There is always a way but the trick to overcoming anxiety is to stop searching for recovery and to let recovery find you.

Yes there is, but to many people have just given up. There is a path that exists for everyone to become well, but many are so fixated dwelling in there misery that they have essentially given up. And if you don't seek your way and try to find your path to recovery you very likely never well. You won't get well without seeking to recover.

Yes your right, this is why I keep putting these post on, a gentle nudge. Trying to give people a little spark that can turn into a fire. And when its a blaze there is no stopping us. x
