Can I get a "you go!"?

For the average person, this would be no big deal But for a moderately-functioning person with ongoing depression and anxiety, cleaning a few inches of snow off my car (because I have a doctor's appointment I can't cancel) feels like a big deal. I'm able-bodied (mostly) but get over-anxious about everyday things.
