I ended up breaking down earlier today, which sucks because I really wanted to have a good day. I guess it could have been worse tho considering I was able to fight off an anxiety attack. In the end I feel a little better so I'll take what I can get. Hope everyone else had a good day, if not, just know you're not alone.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I'm not at the moment but I'm working on that. Slugging it out is what I usually do but clearly that's done me no good so far. Venting on here is the best I can do. I'm still working on opening up about things. I'll get there.

I know the feeling Sasha, today has been rough for myself as well. Remember if you need someone to talk with I am here. We all need someone to help pull us through our rough times and I feel that the only people that can truly understand and show compassion for what we face daily is those that have experienced it themselves.
Thank you, I appreciate the support. I'm working on reaching out and opening up more. It's hard tho because I overthink things and make myself feel like I bother or annoy people or am basically just a burden. You're right tho, the best place I can start is with people who understand what I'm going through. Hope you have a good day.
