IS THERE AN END?
Yes, it will. My heart is with you. I have days I feel like I can not function, to even shower or eat is too much. All I want to do is sleep because it is the only thing that makes me feel I can escape from the pain. Like you said, these moments, days, months of extreme anxiety feel like something has taken over your mind. It's so scary and exhausting.
What can you do right now, in this moment that may provide temporary relief in a healthy way? Do you have a favorite TV show? Friend to call? Can you take a walk? You deserve to feel safe and calm. Focus on what you can do right now to ease yourself.

I have depression and anxiety for which I take quetiapine I was crying a lot and I find it made a difference I don't know if you can get it there in the.us but try seeing your factory.and see if.its for you I wish you well take care david
Yes, absolutely every problem has a solution, we just need to focus on finding it on time. Have you ever tried therapy methods or coping techniques to get rid of your depression?If you did and nothing works for you then there is missing you are something. It could be you are unlucky to find a good therapist who can deal with your problem or you can't understand your triggers and are unable to learn how to control them. So, you have to deal with these issues. i am sure this little tip will help you.
Trust me! depression can be treated there is nothing hidden that you can't understand.
Hi PatseyAnxiety and depression makes you feel like a completely different person in a very scary world. Others have offered good advice.
I also think you should go to your doctor if you haven't already and they will consider prescribing antidepressants which can be a huge help. They can make you feel about worse before you start to feel better but they worked wonders for me when I felt as you do now.

We can only tell you what helps us. There are lots of breathing exercises free on you tube. I like the Wim Hof guided breathing exercises. It really helps anxiety and is good for you. After my shower I rinse in cold water 5 minutes. Google cold shower therapy for mental health. You can start on cool and lower a bit for a month. Daily cardio exercise is probably the best. It produces endorphins and burns off anxiety. Movies and sit coms comedy is good.
Menopause!? Just putting it out there, if this anxiety is something new going on, it's something to consider.Couldn't hurt to call the doc either way. They may have something to help if it is or isn't.
