Hello everyone. Hope everyone here is having a good day. I’ve been having a bit of a rough day. My anxiety has been horrible, which in turn has led to my depression getting worse. I’ve been disabled since early last year due to my severe depression. Don’t know what’s triggering it. I’m trying to push on of course, but it can be challenging. I know I probably need to do more exercise than I already do. I do strength train 3-4 times a week, although I know I need to incorporate more cardio. My therapist says I need to establish more of a structured routine. And I know that’s so true. I’ve been through tough times. The past 2 years were hard on me, but I must say things have turned around for me for the best. I’m just battling lately with severe anxiety and depression, and I must say, wow! What a battle. Hang in there bro. It really looks like you're going through all the right steps. For me, my anxiety really affected my sleep--insomnia. It took a while for all the steps I was taking to make a meaningful impact. Prayers bro.
