Self remedies only, deep breathing exercises and meditation. I have a crazy stressful job and I travel all over the world (flying to Tokyo this Friday) and I have a minor fear of flying, so that’s not helping. My doctor prescribed Ativan to alleviate some of my anxiety regarding the flying, but I haven’t taken any of it yet. I’ll do so in the next couple days and see if it helps.
