I called my Dr everyday for a week straight to try to up my medication & get off Valium- because it’s making me so depressed- & they wouldn’t even call me back. I can barely get out of bed. I told my husband today I want a divorce. Mental illness is ruining my life.

Kate, I'm sorry this has been such a hard week, month, or year even, for you. Hopefully you will connect with your doctor soon. Logically, it is not a great time for you to worry about a divorce when you can't get out of bed. Is it something you talk about often or it just came out of you this week? I don't know your story at all, but would suggest that if he brings it up again, you say you were feeling really bad this week and you weren't thinking straight, or that not what I really want, or.... ?

katekoester, I am so sorry tat you are feeling this way. I hope you can talk to a new doctor soon especially before ending your marriage. Have you gone to sousing or considered it? I am praying for you and wish I could give you big hugs!
