Really trying to avoid posting for a while but I’m really worried about this pulse like feeling in my left hand. Imagine I am holding my iPhone in front of me typing this with the thumb underneath the phone and my index finger tapping away. All I can feel is the hand tingling then almost like the blood flowing through the hand. Also if I squeeze something the same tightness with each hand. I can feel the throb much quicker/stronger in my left hand than right. Does anyone think my heart is to blame?

I don't think it's any thing to worry about it could be repetitive strain injury or something like that the only way you can put this to bed is to see your doctor and have them check it out and put your mind at rest 👍
No it's not the heart. I would think maybe carpel tunnel from repetitive movements like typing and such. Not a big deal at all.
Hi Sandy, I agree with Celtic27 and Melhall. Repetitive movements can cause this.
Holding your IPhone puts a strain on the muscles and ligaments in your wrist and
fingers. I get this from using the keyboard on my computer. My hands have been
tingling and tight all day. It has nothing to do with the heart. Try soaking your hands
in comfortable hot water at night with a little Epsom salt in the water. Gently relax
your hands and wrists as you slowly open and close them. I still say, when you sleep
at night, you may very well be curling your hands into your wrist causing the muscles
to tense throughout the night. You might want to get a phone holder which will help
relieve some of that tension in your hand.
Wish I believed all this. Feel shocking. But just took my BP. It’s 117/71. Heart rate in the 60’s! Makes no sense..
