Well I have one more appt left with my therapist. I get 6 months with the therapist and also i had one month with wellness and recovery therapy which was the initial start. My case will be open just to see the prescribing dr for my meds. If something goes wrong with my anxiety and need therapy again the dr will let my therapist know so it can start back up again. At least I know its there just in case i have a relapse. which I have a feeling it may happen since I'm dealing with the eviction process and not knowing where I'm going. I already called the office of temporary assistance which no i have to wait until month to fill out paperwork. UGH.
