Day two! So far so good. I slept all night for the first time in a long time. I woke up refreshed. No anxiety when I woke up. I’ve been listening to affirmations until I fall asleep and letting them play while I sleep. I’m sure they have a positive effect on my brain. My family has been incredible supportive. You guys on here are supportive. Thank you!
