Hello everyone, because od how debilitating my agoraphobia is and the depression caused by my anxiety. I'm going to start intensive outpatient program this coming Monday. Any advice or well wishes? Also what should I expect upon going?

Just take good care of yourself. Plan relaxing activities afterward. It can be very helpful. It’s hard and draining work though. Self care and more self care.
Thank you! I'm actually pretty nervous to start so for the time being I plan on doing nothing after my visits
