Thank you for sharing. I’ve recently began working on meditation. Nothing fancy, just 5 minutes of sitting in a quiet place focusing on my breathing. Going to try to add 5 minutes on each week until I reach about 20-30 minutes of meditation.

I use the Calm app. Started a few weeks ago. Is becoming a pleasurable morning routine. Harder for me later in the day. Trying not to judge myself for that. It is about learning.

Agree. I knit. When I am anxious I do simple squares. If I try a pattern that is harder, I risk frustrating myself. I can vary the colors to keep it interesting, plus I like the tactile sensation.
