Anxiety Muscle Twitches and headaches

I get annoying muscle twitches and head pressure, my dr says this is due to stress and anxiety of having a 7 month old and full time job but I’m not sure. I’ve had a C.T. scan and all blood work has come back normal. Blood work did not include b12 but there were no signs of anemia in my red cell count so I don’t think this could be a b12 defeciency? Am I alone in feeling these type of anxiety symptoms?

I’ve had muscle twitches for the last 3 months. Mainly legs but some in my right arm and around my middle. Dr is pretty sure it’s stress and anxiety and I’m currently taking beta blockers to see if that helps.

I’m seeing dr again on the 31st and if I’m still worried he’s sending me to the neurologist for an EMG...at my request.

I get these to in my arms legs back and chest...thought it was sleep deprivation until Dr said it's anxiety notice them more when tired and lying down
