anxiety attack since yesterday

I've been having attacks since yesterday. Been worrying about the family who i'm bird sitting for. They come home around dinner time today from vacation in the midst of a snow storm. UGH why me. I know they will be ok but if they are not home by tonight I have to walk to thier house in snow and ice and I have to go down a slight hill and down one both directions. I had warned them about the snow storm a few days ago and they readjusted thier flight home for dinner time instead of late tonight.

Have they arrived home yet? The snow storm has delayed flights. Wishing them well.

thank you Agora. They landed about 80 minutes ago roughly. They still have to go through customs. FIngers crossed. WOrry about people I know driving in this type of weather due to slick roads.

just spoke with the family and they are about a 1/2 an hour away. thank god

That's good to hear. I hope you can relax a little when they get

home and enjoy being with them. It's going to be okay.
