Contentment

Dear A&D family,

We all struggle. It’s a part of life. I can relate with many of the posts I read on here. However, I will not let my depression or anxiety win. I remain vigilant.

I recently saw this quote and want to share it:

“The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;

They just make the most of everything they have.”

When I choose to live by this quote I feel very wealthy.
