Not sure what’s going on or why

Nervous stomach, sleep is off, tingling through the torso - these are my symptoms. I’ve been reading a bit of Dr. Weeks who suggests powering through this discomfort. I’m trying but that’s much easier said than done. Who’s got suggestions or strategies. My usual fall backs of just trying to stay occupied sometimes isn’t enough. I met with my new therapist who right away picked up on my need for setting boundaries. Funny how I had just picked up that book based on a suggestion here. We’ll see how this goes. So far I’ve not restarted medication. If the ruminations stay at bay, that would be great. Thanks for listening and for the smiles at times. It helps.
