Please help, severe mid left arm pain

A few hours ago I was just watching tell when I got a sharp, severe pain in the middle of my left arm, it was to the front of my arm, opposite the elbow. It lasted about 5 minutes and got me into a right panic. The pain went and I calmed myself down with a Xanax. The only thing is now I’m terrified it was an early sign of a heart problem and I’m on edge waiting for it to happen again. I’ve never had this type of pain in this area before. I’ve had dull left arm pain on and off but it wasn’t to one specific area like this was.

Please help, I’m really freaking out and wondering should I go to the doctor AGAIN 😓😓

I get lots of odd and random pains all over. I know easier said than done, but try not to worry. I'm currently going through anxiety relating to my heart so i know how worrying it can be.

Maybe trapped a nerve from your neck down your arm,you should get a check up though
