I’m tired of the pain in my chest.

I’m tired of the pressure in my eyes from tears waiting to fall.

I’m tired from to much sleep and I’m tired from not enough sleep.

I’m tired of my efforts feeling like they’re wasted when the next low hits.

I’m tired of feeling weak.

I’m tired of being numb.

I’m tired of the urge to connect and I’m tired of the anxiety that comes with it.

I’m tired of explaining myself.

I’m tired of trying my best and still end up being selfish.

I’m tired of missing so many opportunities.

I’m tired of losing friends I’m tired of trying to make more.

I’m tired of not being enough.

I’m tired of being exhausted...

I’m fine,

I’m just tired

CheyPie, with all that is going on, I'm glad to hear you say that you "are fine". That proves

the fact that we all are "warriors". It is not easy by any means to live with an invisible disorder that others couldn't possible understand. The pain and struggle we go through

is immense. However, there are ways to rid ourselves of the fear of anxiety. Acceptance

is first. Accepting anxiety for what it is. A lie that comes from our subconscious, making us

fear everything and nothing for no apparent reason.

Getting back on the straight and narrows path to good mental health can be done. I can

tell you that I experienced each and every symptom you had. With medication and therapy I was able to slowly over ride the bumps in the road. With the list of symptoms

you have, rearrange them as to the most important to the least. As you work on each and every issue, cross it off. As you see the list getting smaller, you achievements will

be easier to overcome.

Continue coming back to this amazing forum where we can learn from each other's

experiences in dealing with anxiety. Remembering that what you think is what you get.

Once you change your way of thinking by getting rid of negative thoughts, you will start

to feel more in control of your life and be able to go forward. Stay positive, it will happen xx

Hi Cheypie. It is easy to get buried under all that burdens you each day. Try to focus on some positive things. Even little things are important and can give some relief. Think of a good time or event. These things are not negated when a low comes, but on the contrary, it shows that better times will come again. Your best is all you can do. This is true for all of us. Keep doing your best and little improvements will come with time. You are fine. Treat yourself to something nice. You deserve it because you do keep trying. Sending a big hug.
