Cantdealanymore, I read one of your posts that your abandonment issues
are coming up full force. Is that what is bringing you so very down today?
Would it help in talking to the group about what you are feeling?
We are here if you need someone to bounce your thoughts off.
Weekends at times can be a bad one. Following such a weekend it is normal to not looking forward to getting back to work.
Now is the time to start to cheer yourself up. You made it this far today. It may not of been good times you have gotten through but you did. You need to give yourself much credit.
In today’s society getting through a day is not always easy. Rather understand the day may not start out right, but you do have the capability on making it a better day for yourself. Start from within. Think of something which makes you smile. Smiling will cheer you up and positivity will be among you. Bringing you from a state of being down to a state of being less down.
You are a good person. Try not to be so hard on yourself. You don’t deserve it in any way. Remember that.
Also remember even if your day may be going bad, there are others around you who days are even worse. So think positive and smile at others. Because a smile can really change a persons day. Even if is it a person just passing you by.
Keep staying strong and believe in yourself. 😊
Hoping your week is going well now that you are in the swing of things. I pray that you are feeling better and are greatly encouraged.
