A way I’m letting some stuff out

Breathe

Close eyes

Letting all the chaos of the racing mind go down the forehead stopping at the heart to hug it past the belly for healing and then the thighs and negative energy pours out with tingly warmth through the fingers and toes

Breathe

I am having a really emotional day but I feel I worked it out pretty well. I feel less pent up with worry and anxiety and less heaviness from sadness.

You can also tense and release sections of the body as you go down. Also if you have an intention or wish state that while doing the exercise.

Natural techniques are fine, but have you ever tried a med like Ativan when your nerves get really raw? I don't want to take it forever, but it does work great for me.
