I do mindfulness in the morning and drink some chamomile tea along with writing down 5-10 things I am thankful for
Maybe cut caffeine and see if it helps. Try decaf or herbal teas. Also maybe check into your diet. Too much of some foods can trigger anxiety like fast foods. Eat more nuts and veggies and fish like salmon is especially good for anxiety. It’s high in omega.

My anxiety in the morning has been crazy since trying to wean off Zoloft and start Paxil at 10mg. I personally have to take Klonopin 0.125 to 0.25mg sometimes to help me relax. I know it’s probably not the best but until I can get my mood more stabilized and hopefully the Paxil working it’s the only thing that keeps me semi sane.
