64 tomorrow !!!!!!!!!!

Well I will be 64 tomorrow, It,s been a very long and hard road. Depression, Anxiety, Fear, Worry, Guilt. Not having a clue what to do, who to turn to from the age of 17. In the end I decided the only one who could change things was me. So I have spent the rest of my life trying to learn how to control my mind and master it. Many trials and tribulations later Im nearly there. So never give up, you can tame the beast of Anxiety and Depression, if I can you can. I am now having the best time of my life, so there is hope, but your action is required make it your mission to learn how to master your mind. And when you do, help the rest of us. pic of me aged 3
