Question for the ladies here

Do any of you experience increased anxiety before your period? Before my past couple of periods my anxiety has been through the roof. I’m also having a very dull ache in my chest before I start too. I got a chest x-ray a couple months ago and I’m all clear just wondering if any of you guys experienced any of this before.

I become extremely irritable, eat like a monster, and my nerves refuse to chill. I get facial and body acne 😩. My anxiety REALLY heightens right before my period if I'm extremely stressed. It's been an uphill and downhill battle for years.

It’s never been this bad before so it’s been a struggle.

I'm at work dragging through the day. Ugh! The struggle of a woman. It'll be over for us soon.

Even though i dont get my period anymore I still suffer from all the symptoms evey month!

Fortunately my anxiety seems to subside when I finally get my period but those few days leading up to it are awful.
