Well I had a full on day yesterday. It started with a very early 3 hr drive to attend a family gathering... which was lovely but overwhelming (I had to help give food to people etc so hardly ate myself) had a few bites because had to rush back....drove all the way back to teach the whole community (200people) about social media and how to be careful and negative parts of it and how to use it positively..... which was SOOOO overwhelming! We had food which we sold for charity.. I hardly got to eat there too because was so busy. Got home midnight after cleaning it all up. Ate some Chinese take away. Had a big cry on hubbys shoulders 😂 because was overwhelmed and full of anxiety all day. But also proud too.

Today I’m laid out FLAT on a sofa , dressing gown on, curtains closed and physically I’m not feeling well at all. Just overdid it !

But IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF. I actually used to find it hard talking in front of two people! (Wow sorry for the life essay haha)

Yes you did it, WOW! CONGRATULATIONS! I'm clapping for you...now take a bow, kinda hard on the sofa yet try, hahaha! Now you take this memory with you, it was all good, hold on to it tight. I'm so so proud of you! Get your hubby to get you a treat today, you so deserve it! It's okay to take a day of rest, goodness!

I actually did do it didn’t I!!!!??? 😭!

Erm is taking a bow while laying flat on my back (which I’m still doing by the way) basically sitting up and back down? I suppose I can manage that loool!

He did treat me with cupcakes and my favourite food with a ‘well done’ card when I got home which was so lovely !
