my last job people who didn't know me probably didn't realise all the volunteering I had done as I was looked upon as a bit of a lad just by the way I came across at times.if I said anything about my naughtier days then that wouldn't have shocked them.
I'm a therapist and they have no idea at work that I suffer from depression and anxiety with daily thoughts of harming myself.
Probably a dumb question, but are you a mental health therapist?
Yes. Specifically a crisis therapist for people who are suicidal or homicidal
