Same old crap. Feeling like I can’t breathe. So I’m writing my thoughts out. I was in the middle of dinner and I excused myself and laid down while shake this off. It’s the same episode at night
Have you tried the slow, deep breathing exercise? Close your eyes, let yourself drift, breath in an out slowly and deeply, all the while allowing your mind to go where it want to....
When I do breathing exercises I feel worse
Okay...you're doing 2 good things, journelling and communicating with someone. When's the last time you ate?
Earlier but my mind was already filled with thought. And I just couldn’t eat comfortably =\

Hey, if you need help, am here for you too.
Take some slow, deep breaths and try to find something outside of your anxiety to focus on. It might be unconventional, but I like ASMR videos. There are also meditation apps out there that might help. (Headspace is v good for beginners)
It’s very common to wake with anxiety and feel like your body is running away with you. That’s your fight or flight reaction in full force- it brings that rapid heartbeat, changes to your breathing- it’s all part of that nervous system response designed to help you escape danger. It feels wrong but YOU WILL BE OKAY. You can get through this.
