I’m up bc I woke up frightened scratching my chest
I will lay & start at the top of my head work my way down my body & relax every part, even my eyelashes, it works pretty good for me. You have to really concentrate though, hope this is of some help. Love, peace, light, joy & hugs for you!
I would recommend that you schedule an appointment with your physician or GP. They will probably be best equipped to point out medication possibilities that would be helpful and rule out any underlying medical conditions. Also, try journaling or writing down your thoughts from the day, listening to classical music, and avoiding watching television or being on a smartphone late at night.
