Impending sense of doom

I’ve been feeling horrible for the past few days, I get scared for no reason, I have a hard time sleeping, I have this bad feeling in my heart and gut like something bad is going to happen even though I’m 100% fine and there’s nothing wrong.

I’ve always felt like I have anxiety, but I’ve never done anything about it. I’m tired of living in fear, but at the same time I think to myself “maybe it’s just a temporary thing and it’ll go away on it’s own”, but of course it always ends up coming back and I hate it !

I know exactly how you feel. Been feeling the same way for a few weeks now. Just like something awful is going to happen. Hang in there and just try to do things you love 🖤

i've been having this feeling since 2012 and nothing happened

i have anxiety and panic attacks since 2012 now they are controlled with meds i feel much better although i have some from time to time

i am doing CBT and all of this is working like magic

find yourself someone who can be of a good help i mean a significant other .

I'm so sorry you've been feeling this way :-( It's definitely NOT a fun way to be living. Since this feeling is a newer thing for you but you think you've had anxiety for awhile, something that would probably help is talking to a therapist/counselor. They would be able to help you find some coping strategies that work specifically for you and work out possible triggers that are making you feel anxious. In the meantime, try to focus on the good and the things that have gone RIGHT vs. what could go wrong.
