Damn anxiety!!!

I have had quite a battle this week with anxiety attacks and all the lovely side issues that they bring. I haven’t had one of these in 26 years. So today I have to fly home across country. I am terrified.

Anxiety can seem to paralyze a person. I'm sorry that after 26 years you are experiencing this right now. If you're flying, try to keep your mind focused on the positive things you'll encounter. Have you tried taking pictures with you on the plane, a good book or a movie you could watch. Try distracting your mind from the long flight.

I have seen people take a notebook and just write their feelings or whatever comes to their mind while on the plane until they fall asleep.
