I am in need of help because I suffer from heavy panic attacks and heavy anxiety and restlessness.
I only get relief when I am asleep and everyday is a painful day even just to focus on typing right now it is heavy

Your Anxiety is at a point of extreme. I say so because it makes you feel completely worn out just typing this post.
When anxiety starts it starts out at unexpected levels for different people. As it escalates different action from the mind will begin to developed. In this case it is panic attacks. Panic attacks will drain your energy out quickly which at times may take a while to recover. Unfortunately though when in recovery mode another panic attack takes place. Draining you even more. Your anxiety increases with the attacks and your body becomes to overwhelmed. During those phases one thing to do is control your breathing to slow your heart rate down which also will lower your blood pressure. If your condition had a starting point you should create a defensive system against it so you can have more control of it. 😊

I have been looking for ways to cope with the anxiety attacks.
I will start that immediately.
