I keep thinking and praying on life I want consistentce and stablness. The normal functional relationships wife kids holiday dinner the exotic vacation finicail rewarding career and challenging. The personal achievements buying a home beautiful cars etc.

The ghetto demon and the scars of the project ( the project to get out) The demon woke me up all night with catastrophic intrusive thoughts chicken little the sky falling.I sat in the living room dark lite a cigetette I am 43 year old tough bird.Tears running down my face saying this anxiety not fear.

Oh sorry u having a rough time. All the material things will not mean nothing if you’re not truly happy within yourself

Do u have a therapist? Or take medication? Take one day at a time, done beat yourself up. Start writing down the things you’re grateful for if u look around u will see all the beautiful things right in front of your eyes am sending u a great big hug 🤗 and am here if u need me
