Question About Eyes 👀

Does anyone's eyes feel really heavy at times? Like they're extremely fatigued and feel as if the muscles around your eye are strained?

It becomes very hard to keep my eyes open sometimes & it makes my fatigue/tiredness worse. Don't know if I'm alone on this one 🧐

Ya, this happened a lot when I'd take abilify in the morning. Now I take at night and it seems to help a little bit

i take abilify at night as well.. but i've had this symptom even before the abilify. i went to the eye doctor and my eyes are perfectly fine so who knows..

Weak, tired, hot flashes, heavy head, lightheaded, brain fog, dizzy God the list goes on

Same here... my dizziness/heavy head/brain fog/lightheadedness is constant.

How many hours a day do you spend looking at a PC screen or the screen on your phone flicking round the Internet? Try turning down the brightness real low, it can make a difference.

I spend a lot of my day looking at a computer and phone screen. I’ll definitely give that a shot and see if that helps. Thanks!

It happens to me. For me I think its stress and being tired. It often comes with a headache.

I feel like this often but I have very dry eyes. I'm sure stress and not sleeping well isn't helping, as well as all this dryness in the air from the heat being on. Maybe try some lubricating eye drops, they help your eyes feel "fresh" for a few minutes at least.

I do use eye drops once and a while. Even if it’s for a few minutes it does provide me with some relief 😊

Yes I do, but I don't know if it's tiredness or fibromyalgia or Sjögren's syndrome
