I'm sorry to hear that you struggle with anxiety and depression. I have struggled with these issues on and off for years. Have you considered going for counseling at all? A counselor has helped me learn new coping skills. It is good to share your feelings and it bit.ly/might_help you feel better. You found a great forum to meet people.

I’m brand new, just signed on today. I also struggle with anxiety and depression. I’ve found counseling to be helpful. I’m currently searching for support groups I can meet with in my area. I’ve considered going to church since there are many churches around where I live.
