So I had to use the bathroom. Diarrhea. Sorry if that grosses you out. It’s my 2nd time using the restroom today . And when I went to go sit at my desk afterward, 20 mins later, my stomach and my back started to heat up like crazy. Like heat up. Mind you I work in air conditioning office. So my hands were frigidly cold but my body started getting hot and I could feel my shirt started to feel warm and then my legs. And now I’m freaking out. What the heck is this !!!?!? So now I walked out of my office and just sitting on the side of the payment, figuring out of this is serious or not. I just called my doctor and he’s booked for today. Help! As anyone experienced this before, where part of your body were hot and some were cold? I didn’t get a panic attack so this not anxiety related.

You need a really good checkup with your doctor. I’ve read some of your posts and you experience a lot of physical symptoms. They could very well be causing you anxiety and depression. You could google what’s happening. I’d definitely do some research dude.
I have never heard of this other than a warm spot being the area that is infected. I hope you can get in to see your doctor soon. I hope you feel better.
The weird thing to is my hands started to turn blue/purplish. I’m freaking out !
Maybe you pinched a nerve in your back?
You do not have to have a panic attack to have anxiety symptoms. Your brain has to get stuck in a loop that you don’t even realize and it starts releasing hormones. I’ve had warm sensations before. Try not to freak out and schedule an appointment with your doctor
I agree with anxiousdude. I believe you are sensitized. No big deal- you won't be at some point When the nervous system is sensitized, the list of physical manifestations is endless. My daughter gets all the things you describe- weird, hot spots/areas on her skin/body. Bright red, hot ears. It used to really freak her out but now she gets it- it's normal for her when she's anxious/sensitized. I get warm ears, a warm neck and ice cold feet out of the blue sometimes and that has always been normal for me (and I think, lots of people!) Diarrhea is my middle name when I'm even a little stressed (And no it doesn't gross me out I'm a nurse!).
Practice indifference to these symptoms. I know you have been assured by your doc this is all anxiety, so you can start practicing a new, nonchalant, "well I know what this is, big deal!" reaction/attitude towards these symptoms
