Fight with anxiety and get depression

Today one thing I notice that if you want to cope with anxiety. You should do regularly activity like chilling with friend 1000 times. So easily you will learn to cope. But it may make depression more.... Like it happen to me...... My daily activity is going to college and watching movies and playing ps4. But I thought to fight with anxiety so I began to met people more times yah it was very difficult but I do.... Before I had anxiety problem not depressed because I am busy with watching movie and playing ps4 which make me happy now I am not interested also in watching movie and playing ps4. So became thoughtful and depression

I agree that interacting with people is good. The more secluded I am, the harder it is for me to want to engage with others and it becomes a cycle.
